I absolutely loved photographing Laura and Charlie’s beautiful Dallas backyard garden wedding. So much of what into their wedding and what was important to them was approached with heart, and a sense of fun. God watched over them that day because a tornado was supposed to come and it completely went 50 miles east of where we were. Laura and Charlie shared an emotional and beautiful first look before the ceremony. They shared private moments together. Laura was quite anxious about the wedding leading up to seeing Charlie, once she saw him, all her nerves dissipated and she was so happy to be marrying her man!

Charlie’s mom’s house provided the most beautiful backdrop for their wedding with the Dallas Turtle Creek in the background.

They wanted their sweet pup to be a part of their day! Enzo is a part of the family too!

These two are meant for each other!

Laura wanted to pay homage to her Mexican heritage by having a mariachi band.

I loved how they incorporated floral in the family’s pool for a unique detail. Laura walked down the “aisle” with her mom and brother.

Their closest family and friends (and dog child Enzo) watched their marriage become official.Their cake was featured by the knot for one of the best cakes! Charlie is an avid Star Wars fan so they had to incorporate that love somewhere in their wedding details. I love their sense of humor.Congrats Laura and Charlie!
