Mother’s Day

Happy Mother’s Day

To me, motherhood means

– reliving the smallest joys in life, like a potato bug crossing your path

-experiencing the joy of teaching them new things and the way the world works

-always having someone peek in on you in the shower

-the simplest tasks turning into the most difficult to accomplish tasks (dishes, laundry, dusting)

-lots of hugs and kisses

-umleashing a silliness within you that hasn’t been unleashed since you were a child

-the highest of all high JOYS and the most difficult thing you could ever go through

I absolutely love being a mom. It’s all I’ve ever wanted to be. I’m so lucky to have two wonderfully amazing children, and I look forward to our lives together. Thanks to my mom for being the most amazing mom and Grandma any child could ever ever ask for. “The only thing better than having you as a mother is my children having you as a grandmother.” It’s true.I don’t know what I would do without her in my life. Happy Mother’s Day

You are the child I thought I’d never get to have and the joy you continue to bring is more than my heart can hold. The most important role I have had in my life is being yours’ and you sister’s Mother. Nothing is sweeter or more rewarding to see my daughters become all that they are meant to be. Thank you, my baby KK.
